At Costa Del Sol, we prepare food quickly after an order is received.

Because preparation may begin immediately, all cancellations, order changes, refund requests, or other issues with an order should be reported to the restaurant by phone as soon as possible.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Once an order has been placed, Costa Del Sol will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation or change requests when possible.

However, because food preparation may begin quickly, cancellations, changes, and refunds are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

Customers should call the restaurant as soon as possible if they need to cancel or modify an order.

Incorrect, Missing, or Problem Orders

If your order is incorrect, missing an item, or you experience another issue with your order, please call Costa Del Sol as soon as possible at 801-689-2129.

Depending on the circumstances, Costa Del Sol may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:
 

• Correcting the order

• Replacing an incorrect or missing item

• Providing a replacement meal

• Issuing a partial refund

• Issuing a full refund when appropriate

• Providing another reasonable resolution
   

Refunds are not automatically guaranteed. Each request will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the individual order.

Food Quality Concerns
If you believe there is a problem with the quality or preparation of your food, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible.

Costa Del Sol may ask for information about the order so the issue can be reviewed.
Depending on the circumstances, a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution may be provided.
Personal taste preferences alone do not automatically qualify an order for a refund when the food was prepared and provided as ordered.

Unavailable Items or Restaurant Cancellations
If Costa Del Sol is unable to fulfill a prepaid item or order because an item is unavailable, the restaurant cannot complete the order, or another operational issue occurs, we will provide an appropriate refund, substitution, or other resolution as required by applicable law.

Third-Party Orders
Orders placed through an independent delivery or ordering service may also be subject to that platform’s refund and cancellation policies.
If your order was placed through a third-party service, you may be required to request a refund or cancellation directly through that platform.

Costa Del Sol cannot guarantee refunds that are controlled or processed by an independent third-party service.
For problems involving the food itself, please contact Costa Del Sol directly as soon as possible.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase whenever reasonably possible.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or third-party ordering platform.
Costa Del Sol does not control processing times after a refund has been submitted.
Proof of Purchase
Costa Del Sol may request reasonable information to identify an order before processing a refund, replacement, or adjustment.

This information may include:

• Order number

• Customer name

• Telephone number

• Date of purchase

• Items ordered

• Other information reasonably necessary to locate the transaction
   

Catering Orders

Catering orders may be subject to separate cancellation, deposit, payment, and refund terms based on the size and details of the order.
Any separate catering terms provided when the order is booked will apply to that catering order.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation, replacement, or other remedy, applicable law will control.

Changes to This Policy

Costa Del Sol may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as restaurant operations, ordering systems, services, or legal requirements change.

Any updates will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
